If you don’t have mini loaf pans or ramekins, you can shape freeform loaves on a baking sheet and drape the bacon over them.
These turned out great. Instead of mini-loaf pans or ramekins, I used a muffin tin. It made 10 mini-meatloaf muffins. Also, I used spicy ketchup instead of regular.
These were delicious--my husband said it's the best meatloaf he's ever had. Mine were done in 20 mins though, so next time I'll cook the bacon a few minutes longer beforehand.
