Found the flavor to be a bit mild when I made it as directed the first time. The second time I doubled the amount of apples and soaked them in apple juice for 2 hours prior to using. I also doubled the amount of cloves, and with these two adjustments it tasted fabulous!
Great flavors but we found it dry and felt it needed more apples. Not sure how to tweak it to get it moister but I have the feeling this could be amazing if I could figure that out!
