A little ground turkey goes a long way with these quick, flavorful burgers. They’re great topped with slices of tomato, red onion, and tangy honey mustard.

This is a great turkey burger and very filling.
Best turkey burger EVER! Loved the flavor combinations of white beans and bell pepper. Simply combined onion, beans, bread crumbs and bell pepper in a food processor and turned to almost paste (my picky kid cannot see anything suspicious in his burger). I even made the recommended side dish and loved it too (next day green beans tasted even better)! Highly recommend to anybody who is looking for new ways to use ground turkey. Excellent, light and very delicious summer burger. A definite winner for me :)
