This was a very easy recipe and absolutely yummy! I followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. The kale and fingerlly salad would also be good with a steak.
Wow!! this was delicious and a gourmet type dinner. hard to believe we made it as a quick weeknight meal. Bravo! Also, one of us isn't a big fan of kale but this one was delish!we will be making it again, especially to impress guests. we made the recipe exactly as written.
Made this for Sunday night dinner. Quick, elegant and delicious. I was a little concerned about the raw shallots in the salad dressing as the taste can be over powering. However the flavour combinations tuned out to be perfect. I happen to love lamb and kale but never considered them together. Just great.
