A new use for old spice jars

I never throw away old spice jars anymore. I instead, after washing and drying them thoroughly, I fill them with assorted dried ingredients for sprinkling. I have one with flour for dusting surfaces when I’m baking (the holes in the cover release just the right amount of flour) and another with confectioners’ sugar for garnishing cakes. I also have one filled with cinnamon-sugar for my morning coffee.
