Whether you’re baking or sautéing, you can use one of Spectrum’s cooking sprays. The company makes canola and olive oil sprays, as well as one with grapeseed oil, which has a high smoke point so it’s great for pan-searing and roasting. Spectrum cooking sprays, $4.39 to $5.39 for a 6-oz. can, at Whole Foods Markets or Worldpantry.com.
