As a big fan of Harvest to Heat, by Darryl Estrine and Kelly Kochendorfer, I’m excited to announce that Fine Cooking and its publisher, The Taunton Press, will be a sponsor of Dine with Design, a one-of-a-kind culinary experience featuring dishes prepared by five of the book’s award-winning chefs. The event will benefit, and be held at, The Philip Johnson Glass House in New Canaan, Connecticut, on June 11th.  We’ll be there, exploring the buildings, the grounds, and the art collections of the Glass House, in between sampling recipes from Michel Richard (of Citronelle of Washington, D.C.), Brian Lewis (formerly of The Farmhouse in Bedford, New York), Lee Chizmar (of Bolete in Bethlehem, Pennslyvania), Bill Taibe (of LeFarm, in Westport, Connecticut), and Derek Wagner (of Nicks on Broadway in New York).
