As editor of Fine Cooking‘s Drinks column, I am heading down to New Orleans tomorrow to attend Tales of the Cocktail, where top mixologists, bartenders, authors, chefs, and cocktail enthusiasts gather together to celebrate “the history and the craft of the cocktail.” Yes, please! Aside from the heat and humidity I am expecting in New Orleans, I am getting pretty darn excited.
