OK, sports fans, we can’t promise your team will win this year’s Super Bowl, but we can help you throw a winning Super Bowl party. Join us for a Super Bowl party food Tweetup Thursday, February 3, from 3:30 – 4:30 pm EST. The Fine Cooking staff will be on logged on and ready to tackle your questions about everything from how to make the perfect baked beans, chicken wings, and homemade chips and dips, to tricks for keeping your guacamole from turning brown and pairing ales, pilsners, and lagers. Just don’t ask us to explain the game. You’re on your own there.

As always, you can find us using the hashtag FC#dish and we’ll pick random tweets for our Tailgating special issue giveaways. Sorry, there’s no half-time show, but there’ll still be plenty of entertainment!

As a Pittsburgher and Steelers fan, I can certainly explain the game to anyone who cares. (All you need to know is to say "Stillers" instead of "Steelers" and to enjoy the game with a cold Iron City beer and Primanti's sandwich!)
