I have a confession to make: my weakness is my sweet tooth. I can be wooed by a sweet cinnamon roll or chewy sugar cookies. There’s just something so comforting and satisfying about freshly-baked goods; I can’t get enough of it. But despite my obsession with anything baked and full of sugar, sometimes I just crave a simple – and seasonal – fruit dessert.

Gina’s Grilled Pineapple recipe on Skinnytaste.com is certainly seasonal and simple, which fits my craving perfectly; and the honey and cinnamon add extra sweet flavor to satisfy my sweet tooth. If you want a fruit dessert to complement all of your grilled meals this summer, keep the grill hot and make some sweet grilled pineapple.

With one more week left in the Grill-lympics, you can still enter; this week’s theme is wildcard, so make anything you’d like – grilled vegetables, pizza, anything you like – and enter the recipe for a chance to win a Grill Tool Set by Zwilling J.A. Henckels!
