When the weather warms up it seems like almost everyone is naturally drawn to lighter, brighter food. That’s why I love Bite Sized, a blog that centralizes on creating single bites of food that look great and have interesting flavor combinations to match.

Take these Fish Tacos, for example. Founders Jessica and Jonathan have come up with these perfectly mouth-sized morsels of red snapper that sit atop mini, handmade corn tortilla coins. They’re held together by a dollop of chili-lime aioli and are garnished with a colorful shower of cucumber and radish slaw.

One-bite dishes like these tacos are perfect for summer parties when people just want to relax and be able to have a drink in one hand and a bite of food in the other. Bite-sized appetizers don’t require any utensils and are a great way to allow your guests to try an array of different dishes, all in one night.

Head over to Bite Sized for party ideas and more. These tasty tidbits are sure to satisfy, all in a single bite.
