I’m loving this post on ochazuke at Make It Naked. Now, you might be asking, what on earth is ochazuke? Truthfully, I didn’t know either, but the photo above had me hooked, so I looked into it. Turn out, at its most basic, ochazuke is a Japanese dish made by pouring green tea over rice. Blogger Krissy’s delicous-looking version features salmon, brown rice, and edamame perched in a warming, tea-infused broth. Yum.
