“Since this is a week of soups over at FineCooking.com I decided to make the Italian Momma’s idea of “clean out the fridge, cook on the stove all day” tradition of making a homemade soup. Tonight is Tunisian-Style Soup with large egg noodles and Swiss Chard (you can sub spinach). I love the idea of chickpeas in this soup (afterall, that part of the world is all about chickpeas…ie; Hummus and Falafel, Soca and Panelle).”
