Bread was my first obsession when I started in the culinary world. I worked at a few bakeries in New York City and in Rome, but soon realized I didn’t function all that well at 3 am. So, I bake for the fun of it at home, and right now I’m crazed over these rustic herbed flatbreads from SundaySuppers. So simple, yet elegant!
