If your mother didn’t make you pasta e fagioli, or pasta and bean soup, as comfort food when you were growing up, this is your chance to learn to make “the soup I couldn’t live without.” While Wilson recognizes that pasta and beans deliver a lot of high-quality nutrition at a low price, she is more interested in what they offer the palate.
