I’ve said it before – I’m not a big baker. But when I saw a posting for goat cheese brownies on Bruce and Mark’s blog, Real Food Has Curves, I thought to myself, now that’s a dessert I can get behind (or was it, that’s a dessert that’ll go straight to my behind?!).
They cream butter and sugar with crumbled fresh goat cheese (so smart!), then mix in eggs, melted chocolate, flour, baking powder, etc. Described by Mark as a cross between cheesecake and brownies, the results look rich and fudgy and delicious. I’m sold!
