What is it?

Old Bay seasoning is a combination of spices and herbs mainly composed of bay leaves, celery salt, dry mustard, black and white pepper, nutmeg, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Produced in Maryland by McCormick, Old Bay is traditionally used for seasoning seafood, especially crabs and shrimp.
