OK.. 1. Left over spaghetti noodles from last night ( why you don't mix the sauce in, then you're committed, ya know?) 2. From lunch - the left over grilled chicken breast- sliced. 3. All the veggies I need to use ( Mushrooms, zuchini, carrots, garlic, etc.) Stir fried together seasoned with a a heaping spoon of hoisen sauce, a packet of soy sauce from the last time I had to go from the local chinese place and a red pepper packet from the last time I ordered pizza!
