Bratwurst and Knockwurst Frittata

We like to make a frittata with leftover sausage.  Now we almost prefer the frittata meal to the original meal!  I sauté onions, carrots, potatoes, and broccoli until crisp tender before adding the leftover sausage. After it is warmed through I add some parmesan cheese before pouring the eggs over and baking it for about 15 minutes.
