what is it?
This traditional, spice-infused spirit from Scandinavia has notes of caraway, fennel, and coriander. Like vodka, aquavit is a strong alcohol distilled from grain or potatoes. Though it is traditionally served chilled in shot glasses, aquavit connoisseurs often sip it slowly.
