Dulce de Leche Yogurt Cream, as enjoyed out of a classy paper bowl with a classy plastic spoon.
This is simple, fun, fast & tasty. Only three ingredients combine to make a tangy, sweet, complex "yogurt cream" -- carmelized sweetened condensed milk, yogurt, and heavy cream. I made that term "yogurt cream" up, but I feel it best describes the guilt level associated with this desert.
