Ketchup

I love ketchup, but I have never made my own until now.  This ketchup is made using the David Page and Barbara Shin recipe from FC #16.  It is amazing-- zingy and flavorful, nothing like the stuff you buy in the bottle.  As you can see from the spice mise en place, it has more different spices than your average curry.  Delicious!
