The Michelada seems to be the cocktail of the moment, so I finally had to try one. Also, after an afternoon of chasing my daughter on her bike, I was mighty thirsty. I used the recipe from issue #100, but used Maggi seasoning in place of the Worchestershire and soy sauce. Delicious! The combination of bubbly and bitter from the beer, with lime, hot, savory, and salty from the additions is both tasty and thirst-quenching. I love the cocktail recipes!
