Smoked Salmon Hash from FC101

Fine Cooking #101 is really a great issue-- I have been trying lots of new things and they have all been delicious.  In addition to being delicious, this salmon hash is delightfully easy-- simple ingredients combined to make them shine rather than dull their flavors.  This dish is rich, so it needs a crisp, vegetable side dish for balance.  I didn't add the fried egg-- it might have been too much!
