Thanks to everyone who used our recipe maker to create their own holiday salad.  Your creative salads are the perfect antidote to rich holiday foods. Here are our top five stand-out salads. Please vote for your favorite using the poll below.

The Spinach Salad with pomegranates, oranges, and almonds from twopeasandtheirpod.		RC13's Winter Fruit Slaw, with persimmons, pomegranates, pear, and apple, plus an Asian-inspired dressing.

MerryCarol's Apple-Sage Salad with fresh raspberries, toasted pecans, and a champagne vinaigrette.		Kwilky's Roasted-Beet and Mandarin Orange Salad with roasted garlic feta on a bed of spinach.

And finally, echiriff's Baby Arugula Salad with smoked salmon, capers, and a lemon vinaigrette.
