Pineapple and Pear Mostarda

Mostarda, an Italian condiment made with candied fruit and a mustard-wine syrup, pairs nicely with roasted meat.  This version, with pineapple and pear, is especially tasty with pork roast or Easter ham.  See my post at There's a Newf in My Soup!
