As the song goes, "I'm a Queen Bee...". This drink was outstanding-- the ingredients added so much flavor over the usual mojito: honey instead of sugar, dark aged rum instead of white rum, and sparkling wine instead of club soda. Moreover, the ingredients combine into a wonderful drink, accented by the mint with its aroma carried on the bubbles from the sparkling wine. We made this with a Dominican Rum and a Spanish Cava. The Queen Bee was so delicious, I'm not sure we can go back to the standard mojito-- and why should we?
