I give this recipe a thumbs up-- the sauce is, as advertised, creamy, and the garlic and leeks add a great flavor, which is enhanced by the cheese. It's kind of like an alfredo sauce, but with a great garlicy flavor and the sweetness of leeks. I buzzed my sauce with my immersion blender to make it even more creamy (and to hide the leek chunks from the kid). We had the braised baby artichokes (see next post) on the side, a great combination.
