I really enjoyed the braised baby artichokes and would make the recipe again. The touch of Meyer lemon was really nice and I did pour over the remaing pan juices, great with a picece of French bread. All in all a good dinner along with a slice of brie and a nice white wine.
Since I had enough artichokes for another dish, I also did the shaved artichokes and arugula salad. That is for another discussion.
