Cook the Issue 2010: Garlic-infused mashed potatoes and celery root

I usually don't like the taste of cooked celery root, but this recipe, with its mellow but assertive garlic, and rich buttery taste, was really good.  A delightful change from my usual boring mashed potatoes, this made a great side dish for the moussaka and I will definitely make it again.
