This recipe is a keeper and I can't wait to have leftovers for lunch. A very tasty marinade with the soy sauce and herb combinations, the tzatziki style sauce was great with the steak, and I can see that it would be good with my pork kebabs or any souvlaki for that matter.
Again, I did not have flank steak so I made the recipe using flat iron steak and served a fabulous grilled corn, the ultimate grilled corn and steak was a great dinner.
