Cook the Issue 2010: Grilled Olive-Orange-Fennel flatbread

I had much better luck with this flatbread than the plain pita.  The orange and fennel worked great with the olives.  It's a strongly flavored bread.  I think next time I might substitute figs for the olives.  I really enjoyed it as a compliment to a grilled chicken salad.
