Am I the only one who saw this recipe and thought "Breakfast!"? This is a really tasty, not-too-sweet (always a plus around here) dessert-- and tomorrow it's going to be reheated and drizzled with maple syrup for breakfast! In addition to tasting great, this is super-easy to make-- pour a simple batter over the berries, and bake. I made it in my enameled cast-iron gratin dish-- just for the crusty edges. Another excellent recipe from this issue!
