Cook the Issue-Flatbread chicken sausage panini, well almost

I had just finished making hubby's lunch using the orange, olive, and fennel flatbread with grilled chicken sausage and cheese finished on the panini grill. Good thing I had a photo with the ingredients because he ran off with the whole thing while I was picking a few more lettuce leaves.  We were supposed to share! 

Oh well, one more flatbread left.  Flatbreads are thick enough to slice through and better tasting than the sandwich thins that are currently flooding the market.  They freeze well for a short period of time

So in the end I have no picture of the finished sandwich...I had provolone and Gruyere in the fridge and used both in the sandwich. 

I'm looking forward to the chickpea version, maybe this weekend.
