for blog posts and misc. use

Video Length: 5:34
Produced by: Danielle Sherry, Sarah Breckenridge, and Robyn Doyon-Aitken. Videography by Gary Junken. Edited by Cari Delahanty

Welcome to Homegrown/Homemade. I'm a cook who needs some help in the garden and Fine Gardening's Danielle Sherry is a gardener who needs some help in the kitchen. We've teamed up to show gardeners and cooks of all skill levels how get the most out of their crops from seed to plate. After Danielle helps me grow what I consider my biggest challenge yet: blueberries, we head into the kitchen where I know exactly what to do with these beauties.

Episode One: How to Plant Blueberries
Danielle explains the difference between highbush and lowbush blueberries, and shows me how to choose and plant the bushes to maximize the yield.

1Flamingo writes: I just found your site and video. I have always been addicted to blueberries but never thought I could grow them. I know it's too late now- but watch our next year.

Just love your site! Can't wait to get my e-mails each day. I'm not a very good cook, but gaardens seem to do pretty good!

Thanks againg!
