Cook the Issue/Again Apricot Mango Chutney until it works for me!

Incidental chutney/remade for a special chicken!

Now I can cook, but the apricot mango chutney almost went down the drain as it was so tart with too much vinegar.  Determined as I am, I conquered the very sour chutney and served it with the most fabulous smoked chicken, changes made to the chutney will be noted and is now perfect.  FC, who invented that original recipe?

Pielove writes: ICD, what did you change? I loved the chutney, but I made it with dried fruit and didn't really measure the vinegar. Ha, hope I can replicate what I did! Posted: 9:20 pm on June 6th
