Cook the Issue 2010: Orzo salad with grilled broccoli

This salad was very tasty-- it would be great for a potluck or picnic.  My husband even exclaimed "This is good!" when he tried it.  We served it as a side for grilled brats, so I omitted the sausage in the salad itself-- that would be a bit much.  We got some great broccoli in the CSA box, so we grilled that.  I agree with liamsaunt that a little cheese would be good-- she suggested shaved parmesan, I would use that or feta.
