Cook the Issue 2010: Classic Basil Pesto

My first CSA delivery of the year came with a big bunch of basil-- just what I had been waiting for after a long winter!  This pesto recipe is excellent-- usually I get overexcited and make my pesto too garlicky.  This pesto was just right-- rich and cheesy, with the perfect amount of garlic and big, licorice/herbal basil flavor.  Good stuff.  I can't wait for the next CSA box.  More basil, please!
