Cook the Issue 2010: Grilled Lettuce with Buttermilk Chive Dressing

Maybe my grill fire had burned down too much after grilling a flank steak and all those stuffed nan, but the lettuce didn't do much more than wilt and turn brown.  This was okay, but next time I would probably skip the grilling step and just use the dressing.  The dressing is really good!
