This is the one recipe from the "Use Your Noodle" article in Issue 104 that I had not made yet and I'm glad that I went back and cooked this one-- it is excellent. I love peanut noodles and the addition of stir-fried beef on top makes it a substantial meal. The beef alone would be excellent with rice-- the oyster sauce and orange make a great sauce. I made steamed broccoli on the side instead of stir-frying it with the beef and I added some scallions to the beef, as I got a big bunch of gigantic scallions in my CSA box. Very tasty-- my husband and daughter loved it too.
