We got chased out of the pool today by some fierce thunderstorms and got home badly in need of a sweet pick-me-up. This was perfect-- both richly creamy and light enough to be refreshing, yet very chocolatey and satisfying. I only had Double-Dutch Dark Cocoa (from King Arthur Flour) on hand, so I used a little less. Delicious- next time I will use coffee instead of the milk in mine for a breakfast iced mocha. On the bad side, making this recipe has convinced me that I really need a new blender.
