Cook the Issue 2010: Greek Salad Pitas with Olive-Garlic Tapenade

A delicious, light lunch, these sandwiches are also very satisfying, with the rich tapenade adding tons of flavor.  Somehow the transformation to sandwich makes this much more of a meal than a plain old salad.  One caveat-- if you're bringing this to work, pack a toothbrush too, as it's nicely garlicky.
