Cook the Issue 2010: Egg Foo Yung with Chicken and Zucchini

This was really tasty and even faster than ordering takeout-- wow.  Instead of the usual brown gloppy "gravy", it had a light drizzle of really flavorful sauce.  Delicious!  I used zucchini instead of shiitake to excellent effect.

My cooking mojo has been low, it is really too hot for me to think about cooking too much. But am going to try the tea-smoking soon, maybe this weekend. We salvaged an old mini-Weber grill from my son's past and my husband has been perfecting the art of charcoal cooking. We may have to graduate to a litte bigger on. Mostly we have been having grilled stuff, lots of veggies. Corn has been so great this year, it must like the hot weather.
