Without a doubt, the hot new spirit at Tales is moonshine. And this drink from one of my favorite New Orleans restaurants, Cochon, pairs it with another southern staple, fresh watermelon.

2 oz. moonshine
1/2 oz. Square One cucumber vodka
3 oz. watermelon puree
1 oz. homemade limeade
Sprite
Stir the first four ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass and top with Sprite.
