Cook the Issue 2010: Grilled Peach and Buffalo Mozzarella salad

This salad was so easy to make and really delicious.  The grilled peaches were juicy and tasted great with the balsamic.  I actually think feta or even parmesean might be a better match than the mozzarella.  Next time!
