Cook the Issue 2010: Pork Chops with Peach Ginger Chutney

Our peaches have been great this year! Mixed opinions on this one, though - my husband wouldn't try it - my daughter doesn't like sweet mixtures with meat - and I really enjoyed it - savory and sweet, a little spicy with the ginger and thyme. I grilled the pork chops instead of pan frying because I didn't want to heat up the kitchen. I would eat it again, but I the rest of my family will pass on the chutney!
