Cook the Issue-Greens and Goat Cheese Gratin
comments (1) August 13th, 2010 in GalleryOriginally the recipe calls for dandelion greens and I have seen them maybe once in one of our stores, so I used spinach in place of the greens. I really like this dish and I would make it again using different greens.
Too bad that the photos aren't any better it was just a bad camera night. The white dish doesn'help either.
