We are all about pie for breakfast, so I popped these in the oven first thing in the morning. I couldn't resist scarfing one while it was too hot, but they are much better once they cool. As someone suggested, I didn't bother trimming these into circles-- the triangles are very cute too. This was a great breakfast treat and very easy to put together, even before my morning tea. I love the combination of blueberry and cream cheese. I didn't have any creme de cassis, so I used limoncello, woo woo!
