Cook the Issue-Ginger Basil Syrup

If you didn't take a close look at issue 106 on page 17 you missed ginger basil syrup and it is very nice indeed.  I made it with the idea of serving it over fruit as suggested, but I never made it to the store so I will try that later, but it was a great addition to a margarita.
