These bacon-wrapped dates each have a Marcona almond in the middle and are baked and served with a spicy green olive sauce. The sweet chewy date, crunchy almond, smoky bacon, and spicy olive sauce provide such wonderful flavors and textures. I served these at our Concert in the Park after pre-baking them at home and then warming them back up briefly on the grill.
